I am cleaning my tank and these are all under the rocks and and in the sand. What are they? Will they hurt anything? Should I get rid of them? If so how? Please help I don't know what should I do.

Those look like bristle worms they eat detritus and dead flesh off corals and clean rock. Small ones are ok and good for a tank IMO. When they get really big is when I remove them. If you found them in the sand and under the rock chances are you have them in your rock to. It's really up to your preference some people like them some people don't.

Fracture is spot on...excellent part of the clean up crew and if you plan to keep certain fish like wrasses they will appreciate the snacks![]()
