Came across a switch I'm needing to replace for a friend of mine.


The existing switch has 3 wires & a ground.


The switch purchased has 2 places for wire & a ground.


Can the purchased switch be put into the existing switches place safely or does my friend need to purchase a different kind of switch to fit this application?
