    Default FS: ICE Cap 250w MH ballast

    I am selling my older SE 250w ICE Cap ballast since I switched to LED's. It was part of a retro fit so this will include the ballast, heat sink, power cord, and mogul. All you need is the reflector, bulb and hood to put it in. $40
