    Default 125 build/Upgrade thread.

IMG_2917.jpgAlright yall i just picked up a larger tank this evening and I'm going to attempt to use this thread for my question/ updates.

So i picked up a 125 with stand and canopy 72 inch coralife light, a cascade canister filter and a coralife 300 skimmer as well as a wet dry sump.

My first question is the tank has 2 corner overflows with 1inch bulkheads on bottom and a 3/4'' bulk head on the back, Any idea what the smaller one is for? a return line? Right now it just has a plug in it. Id like to use one bulkhead for my return line instead of going over the rim of the tank. Any suggestions on plumbing?
I'll put some pictures up tomorrow. I'm open to any and all suggestions!
I also have a chiller id like to plumb as well. Again suggestions suggestions suggestions!

No need to run the canister filter, its just an extra piece of equipment to maintain and for detritus to build up in.

How many bulbs is coralife? Is it t5 or pc?

I would only run the canister if you planned to utilize it as a reactor, but I'd still opt for a reactor over a canister.
