    Can anybody help identify what this might be? It's hard like a crustacean and is on my rock and glass.

    snail eggs. You must have nerite or astrea snails in your tank.
    Support marine aquaculture, and share with your friends! Then you will find out who they really are.

    Looks like Nerite snail eggs to me, I had tons of them at home but they never made it to adults.
