Looks like a red mythrax crab, same genus as emerald crabs. They are considered generally reef safe just like regular emerald crabs.

No the eyes are to high, it's a kind of fiddler crab or even a Christmas island crab. Either way it doesn't live its life submerged under water and has no place in an aquarium. I hate it when pet stores don't even know what they are selling. This is a red mithrax crab
