A good read on Miracle Mud

One thing that i have read as a common theme with everyone that uses it is a boom in macro, pods and natural food staples like phyto and such which most likely effects the health of both fish and corals.

I'm thinking about using it in my display fuge along with very fine sand. The only drawback is cost. That's a lot of money for 12lbs of mud.
