Yeah. I've had that nem since it was it was about 5" in diameter. Now it is 15" i had to shove it in the corner cause it took up some serious real estate. Beautiful nem. I like yours though. Distinct two tone. I liked it so much i bought one like it for my breeder ha ha.

Man that is a sweet pic. Nice depth of field for a macro shot. Did you clamp down on the aperture and extend the shutter speed? Great focal point too.

Thanks Cory but all that talk is still jibberish to me....

i don't remember the aperture, but yes shutter was extended to grab more light... If that's what it's actually doing..
    lol

i am still new to this camera and just learning as I go.

I want to say I did bump up the aperture to get the everything in focus.... And lower the shutter to get more light....

I did change the white balance from auto to another preset and it seemed to do what everyone who tries to take pictures under LEDs has problems with... It took out the over dominate blue..

I new I could do more with this lens if I bought it.... Still have a lot to learn.

Basically you turn off your pumps, raise the aperture to a high setting, and keep the shutter open as long as needed. Just make sure you use a tripod. If your camera has an aperture setting use that to adjust your shutter opening to the desired number and the camera calculates the best shutter speed.

if your camera has a white balance setting that let's you measure the balance, look into getting a neutral gray card to help get you colors right. I got one for Christmas and use for almost every pic now.
