Starting a Fish only tank?

I am starting a fish only tank with live rock and sand. Can I put any leather corals or anything else in it that makes it look nicer?

As long as you aren't including fish that nip @ or outright eat corals.

Many angelfish are known coral eaters.

Green Star Polyps are a good softie coral that 99% of coral eaters will not touch. Plus it loves pollution and does not take a bunch of light to grow. Mushrooms are another coral unless you have a puffer?
