I like the Red Sea test kit, as its all in one for a decent price. Forgot what I paid but Louis at elegant has them... Also salifert are supposed to be one of the best and many swear by them... I have there calcium kit.

Both of those are good test kits and seldom see problems with the mentioned.
I am not saying that your tests are bad, I just want you to be able to rule that out.

I'm trying to think of an answer for your problems. So I am just running down a list of possibles.
What lighting are you using, where are the frags mounted, what conditions were the frags being kept in before you got them, how long have you had them in your tank?

what fish you have, maybe one has gone rogue and started eating your sps? or it's (more likely) an alkalinity issue.
