what is the best paint for the inside of stands/hoods?
Ive started to build aquarium stands and hoods, and I just built a 1 piece stand/hood for a 10g. I usually just clear the inside of my cabinets, but I want it to seal the wood from salt and moisture.
Anybody know of a paint that will be reef safe?

I've used Kilz for the past 12 years...and so far no problems. Let it cure/dry before setting it up and you should be good. I have noticed that I have scratched the heck out of it on previous stands, so maybe add a few extra coats for that. Lay down some thick coats and let it set and dry.
