    Default Toadstool fragging

Now that my toadstool is split I am wondering how I frag this now. I'm afraid to cut down the middle because the base it firmly attached to a rock and will not budge. Anyone know how to do this?

I know how, brother, do I know how.

First thing I would recommend is to let it grow much bigger. Let it grow.

However, if you're truly intent upon fragging it, this is how you do it.

Take the head that you're committed to fragging, and in one single confident surgical cut... Lop off the entire head. Then take the now severed head and slice it similarly into two, three, or four heads. Tie each to a piece of rock or plug. Tight enough to hold, but not so tight as to bisect it into two pieces.

In about a month to two months the headless stalk will again begin to produce polyps.

    Repeat.

Here is one that I did the same to about a year ago...

This one about six months ago or maybe eight...

It really hurts to take that first slice... But to give you an idea, mine will give me about 20-25 frags. They do get quite large.
