i think he just uses two part Bernie is very minimal on what he does....... also he uses 10k to grow out then switches bluer bulb to color.(i may be wrong)see what he says

Chris is correct. I use DIY 2 part for alk and cal, 10k evc hqi for growth, good skimmer (SRO 3000), and gfo. Water changes are done every three months or so.Originally Posted by Big_Pun
