Ha! Well, I'm just getting it up. I'll post once I get it together. 75 gallon running with a bubble magus NAC5 hob, Fluval 406 canister, the lights, waiting for it to cycle. I'll boast about it once it looks more like a box full of water

Yeah, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service. I purchased the lights second (third) hand and mentioned that, but still no charge at all, not even for shipping and he said he'd get them in the mail today. Very knowledgable. I have the thing in pieces as you can imagine and we went through what I did and how the unit was behaving and boom. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had, the other being when my year-old iphone failed to recharge and the guy at the Apple store just handed me a brand new one within an hour. Customer service is king. The best and the worst are the only ones I remember.
