a whole darn day gone by without you!
a whole darn day gone by without you!
Haha yeah! I remember when I was just getting into the hobby a few years ago and the forum I was getting all my info from was down for a week so I thought they had took it down for ever and I was freaking out. lol
Work was horrible without MAAST...
“Concision in style, precision in thought, decision in life.” 75 Gallon
Lol I thought I finally got kicked from the site..... Until I got a few texts asking me if the site was down...
But I really got some work in today...
Without maast, I blew the leaves off my patio, sealed a leak(I hope) in the roof and went ahead and sealed up any seams up there that looked worn, and I fixed some landscape lighting in the front yard... Lol
What happened to the site?

Let me guess this one... hosting provider is having an issue with their DNS servers. At least within the 5 mins I looked at it:
http://www.webassure.com/users/status.asp
Cartama Real-time Server Status
Last check time is shown to the right of the server name, followed by the server's response time.
http://ns1.cartama.net:88 Error 7 at 2012-09-12 22:07:37 CST
http://ns2.cartama.net/otrs/index.pl Error 3 at 2012-09-12 22:08:22 CST
I can see the domain has 10 minute TTL values on caching DNS servers, so at some point it's going to stop working again. Godaddy was also having an issue this week with what was though to be a DDOS on their DNS servers. Godaddy says it was an internal issue. Not sure which is worse. Maast.org is registered through Godaddy, not connected to this just a side note.
Of course I could be wrong, I don't know all the details....
I had the shakes and cold sweats. I tried reef central but it wasn't the same. it feels good to post something.
ps Allan just text and woke me up, had to post once I knew

I was thinking that skynet was just messing with us. Skynet would most likely attack the marine hobbyist first, for the obvious reasons of course.![]()
