Default Stop digging up my tank!

My danged zebra bar gobies have paired, and have now set about the destruction of my sandbed

They are digging under the rock bomme on the right side of my tank. The spot they have chosen allows them to sling sand all over my open brain and chalice corals, and the corals Do Not Like this at all. I think tomorrow I will put a rock in the area where they are digging, maybe that will convince them to move to a different location, because the one they have picked is wreaking havoc with my bottom dwelling corals.

I'm sure they are about to spawn, the displaying and courtship dancing has been going on for several weeks now. What I don't understand is why the cave they have loved and protected is now not acceptable to them.

Why is it that just when you get your tank just the way you want it, one or more of the inhabitants decides to tear it up? This makes me crazy sometimes.

The fish get so territorial when they start spawning and they just do what they do. You are not going to win this battle, I'm afraid. Best to just move those corals.
