How do i use garlic?

Im going to have to use garlic to soak with food then, has anyone ever tried the powdered garlic, and @Isingh do you cut the garlic into little bits and feed the garlic directly to fish?

I use Kent's garlic extreme on food and algae, and there vitamin c dosed directly into tank

I cut em as fine as I can and some of it squeeze it and mix it with brine or pemysis
