Thread: Aqueon circulation pump 1650

    Default Aqueon circulation pump 1650

I bought it from Mr. Cob. Works great and it's clean but I think it's to much water movement in my tank. Looking to trade for a slower flow rate 950-1250gph for a 75 gallon. Thanks

I just picked up an aqueon pump from King, too much for my little cube. But offhand... I'm not sure if it's big enough for a 75 gallon. Maybe he'll jump in here with the size.

Allan I might have an extra 400 koralia if you need it. Might be a little too weak for you tristan.

Hey Mike, I was thinking of a Koralia Nano... the 400 may be akin to the the model that I have in the tank now. I finally got it angled properly yesterday, but it really does cause a stir in there.

Ah. Fair enough. Yeah, it is a little more thrashing than a current if anything. I have three left after giving jeremy one for his almost free build and was going to use 2 on my 40 I just got. Possibly. Sorry I could not be of help to you tristan. I have a extra maxi 1200 laying around.

I think the aqueon I use for mixing saltwater is a 1250. I'll check tonight and txt you, if it is you can stop by tonight and we can compare the power and see if it won't be too strong for your tank.

I could always use the extra power for mixing the salt anyway.
