Brings back some very fond memories. What did you think of the Alantis trip? Aside from being able to say I've been in a sub... I doubt that I would do it again. I think it would have been much funner to dive down there and watch the sub go by.

Did you get any snorkle or scuba time in? There was a place right up north of the Alantis dock that had two dives for two bills. Of course, you'd have had to go solo because of the incoming child. I went with my son as my wife won't try it.

i was really excited and wanted to do as soon as we landed there....but after doing it i think it was waste of money besides experiencing the submarine ride....didnt see any coral reef

i did some snorkelling and a lot of surffing.....it was total fun and we loved it

I tried the surfing, couldn't balance on that stupid board. next time I'll go for the lessons. We did a full day of snorkling out in the K-Bay reef adjacent to Gilligan's Island. Snapped a few pictures of a turtle, eel, box fish, and so many more. I really wanted to snap off a twig of coral and bring it home.

Surfing was fun a lot in comparison with doing at corpus or galveston......
Didn't really do much water activities with a pregnant wife.... Besides sight seeing and chilling ... It was overall a relaxed vacation....

Ha, the only time there's any decent waves in the gulf is when a hurricane is blowing in. When we first moved to Panama City we spent a lot of time out at the beach, but the waves were only good when the storm was coming in. The beaches were also empty as well.

these r iphone pics..yea we forgot to take the camera...those clams in the pics are nearly 3ft long....all these tank were maintained under natural sunlight
