I think I could get away without upgrading the video card, but game play would be nicer with a new one. I don't know if my motherboard can handle a newer model, though.
This is my area of expertise :-). Your computer will play diablo 3 with just an upgrade to 4 gigs of ram ( about 50-100$). U won't be able to run highest graphics but diablo 3 isn't as much about graphics as other games anyways.
