The Three Sisters are fun. We didn't run the whole trip when we went, I think we just ran 337 and came back. It's a long ride just to get there. Some crazy turns down there though, like 10mph turns dragging knees. It was a lot of fun, until we hit gravel for a few miles. It's a hard ride on a sport bike though, those things are not meant for 4-5 hour trips.
PR37 is always fun, but a little dangerous. 211 and 471 is also good, pretty wide road you can open it up.

Ill be down for a bike meet, thanks for the routes guys, Now i just gotta ride the bike from Laredo to San Antonio then jump on some of them. The roads down here are all straight.

i ride 46 a lot around the area you are talking about, try gruene river grill instead. waaay better grub IMO
