    Thanks to Russ for spending time on the phone helping me diagnose the problem with my rodi system. It's not even one of his and he was more than happy to help sort out the frustration, and supply the needed housing to make things behave again. What a great guy, and a great company!

    I know where I will be doing business from here on out.

    ^^^ Yes. A+++ service and a heck of a nice guy. I always send RO\DI newbies to Buckeye Field Supply's web site and tell them that I learned most of my RO\DI knowledge from Russ. After 3 days of phone calls and much patience on Russ' side of the phone, he helped me build this monster about 4 years ago.
