I *FINALLY* have all the needed repairs/maintenance done on the 4x4. GAH!!!!!

Greasy, oily, nasty, dirty, lots of sharp edges and points and hooks, heavy, aggravating thing!

I'm covered in oil, grease, trans fluid, antifreeze, dirt, and blood. But, it's done and she's ready to go!

It's BAAD, rofl.

Here's the list of repairs..........sure glad that's over.

new radiator (fan shroud came apart, knocked a hole in old one)
remove right exhaust manifold, have machined, re-install with new gasket (no more exhaust leak!)
drain and refill transmission
check levels on front differential, rearend, transfer case
oil change
grease lube points, check front output shaft for slop in u-joints
adjust clutch linkage for shorter throw on clutch
tighten steering gearbox
tighten e-brake
install brake controller
install 7-blade socket for travel trailer connection
install 6-pin socket for flatbed trailer connection
put bed toolbox back in, load with goodies

I was kidding, but congrats on the hard work. I remember replacing a clutch with nothing but a haynes manual and jack, that was about as much as I have ever done or will ever care to do but pride in knowing i did it all by myself was though the roof....

Nice sherita, guess it was the weekend to wrench, I had to replace a leaky hose in my transmission cooler today. The heat and humidity was terrible. If I didn't have a garage and at least got to work in the shade I would have just stocked up on ATF and said screw it.

It WAS awful outside today, for sure.

Unfortunately, I am not done. My service truck needs two new u-joints and my minivan needs ball joints and a brake job on the front. It never ends.

And I need to re-pack the wheel bearings on the travel trailer and two out of three flatbed trailers. Yay me.
