Only advice I ever gave was:
Change your water
Get RO unit
Dont use tap
Replace bulbs
Dont rush
Get good skimmer
Let your tank mature before adding full colonies of corals...
....... That's it.
I never suggested dosing, or anything that's beyond my knowledge as that would be foolish......
