Thats not a bad idea. I used plywood on top of a stand. The bottom of the plywood was NOT wet. If a trim was placed around the plywood and sealed, thats interesting idea.
Could allways use custom rain gutters. lol But on a serious note the bottom of the plywood is not wet. Run pvc from the plywood trimmed to direct sw to the garage.

You could use a liner on the plywood with trim not high but just enough to direct the water flow. This way you could reuse the plywood.
Also all your time could be spent finding the coral, LR, and fish, shrimp, etc . . . another location.
I was trying to do that and maintain a flood. LOL
The trim around the wood would cut your time in half. Good idea I will try. Thanks rrasco
