    Default bubble algae

So I bought green emerald crabs for my problem 2 days ago and don't know how long it will take for them to start eat the bubble algae.

Pretty quickly. Those guys are normally drawn to it like a magnet. They might need to stumble onto it.

    Not sure.

With a lot of critters that eat certain nuisance things like bubble algae and aptasia they only eat it as a second choice. Kind of like if you put a salad and a steak in front of me - the steak is the first thing to go bye bye. I might eat the salad later and maybe not.

Take a look at this link, it might help you to remove algae from the tank.
