Blue Ring Zoa

These were sold as "Blue Ring Zoas." Has anyone seen them before?

I got them a long time ago, and have been waiting to see if they would change in my lighting. I think I got hoodwinked by photography when ordering online, because they have never looked blue to me. Still cool, but not blue.

What kind of lighting?

I am sure these would look killer under some LEDs. They still look good though...

I have them under 6 T5s. The lighting is pretty white. I'm upgrading to metal halides with actinic T5s soon. I'm hoping everything will really pop with the better light.

They should look better under the MH's.

Im sure wherever you bought them from had them under some MH.

Under blue LEDs, the green rings will pop....

When I bought them, the pic advertised online had the small ring looking pretty blue, with the outer disk looking purple.

I have a blue led strip for moonlights, but even then the ring glows green - not blue.

I really wanted some blue zoas. :(
