DIY LED setup for 40B

It's time to start my LED setup. I probably have too many LEDs and drivers. I have done a ton of reading on this subject but the closer I get to actually doing it the more hesitate I get.

So this is what I have
60 CREE LED's
30 Blue
30 White
5 Meanwell Drivers
2 20X10 Heat-sinks (probably only going to use one and use u channel on each side to get full coverage)

40B: 36 x 18 x 17

Goal: to grow Clams, SPS, LPS....I don't want to be limited on what I can have by light requirements.

I am thinking about doing a 2B/1w ratio. Is that good?

How should I spread the LED's on the heat-sink?
