Yeah, I'm the coffee maker myself. First cup delivered to the sleeping beauty and then it's the news for a bit of time (till the first cup is empty).

At least I get te house to myself for a minute.

I think one of the best things about MAAST is how willing and responsive everyone is when someone else needs help. If you look at what happened to reefreak the other day with his tank crash, he posted a SOS message at 5:36 and had someone willing to help him by 6:08. That in itself speaks a lot about the people on this board. Another awesome thing is that after being here a while you get to know people and get some awesome advice and knowledge from people who may be more experienced than you or people that have made the same mistake that you may be making. I remember before spring break when I was deciding whether or not my fish would be o.k. without food for the duration, I shot Allan a text and after a quick exchange of questions we decided my tank would benefit from an automatic feeder. 7 days later and everything was alive and happy.

p.s. Allan, those witty remarks you make all the time are hilarious. I literally "lol" every time I'm on here from your comments.

I am sorry to say but the comment about Web Members is Offensive to say the least. There are many Web members that would be glad to help. Some of the Web Members as you call them have been around before this whole MAAST thing started with the Yahoo group.

Look again at reef freaks emergency thread ....... It was either a charter or board member that even offered assistance... Just saying.....

I saw the thread and thought about helping but at the time had no RO water ready...... And I figured with the 2 or 3 ppl already offering help, he was in good hands.....

It would be nice if any new post on the Emergency thread could fire off a text to those signing up for the service that are willing to be able to do assist.

There have been times when I've completely missed the ER posting for a few days.
