    Default more cleaning questions

I have reached the bottom of the tank! 440 pounds of sand are out.
Now I still have some water and some bits left on the bottom. On a smaller tank I'd carry it into the front yard, tip it to the side and hose it out.
But how are big tanks cleaned. No dragging it into the yard, no tipping it over...
How do you get the last bit out?
Wait till the family leaves for a little while and then soak it up with your bath towels and then make sure it's all in the washer before anybody asks questions?

LOL lorraine that makes me feel better. It really did a better job than I could have done with towels. My other concern was scratching the glass with the sand so just sucking it away rather than wiping over it was probably a tad safer too
