I hate it when people are being cheap on the little stuff.
We just replaced the barn roof. Super scary, way high, nothing to hang onto other than screw heads and then my husband plans to reuse the screws from the old panels (tin roof so the screws have little rubber washers on them)! Like hello ... going through all this work, anxiety and effort and then risking leaky roof because the old rubber washer thingies may be brittle now. Totally silly...
