Black spots on cleaner shrimp

Hey everyone.. I have a question my cleaner shrimp who I have had for about two weeks now has black dots on him. I noticed that they came out after he molted a few days ago. Has anyone ever experienced this! He eats well and is very active. Seems very healthy.
