What's your favorite chalice?

Under what lighting and flow have your chalices done there best? What about placement?

Chalices are just like SPS and each one reacts differently. A lot of chalice collectors I know will actually keep 2+ frags of each chalice and have them placed in various parts of the tank to see where they produce the best coloration.

I agree with the above. With that said, I have all of mine on the sand bed with medium flow hitting them. My tank is 2' deep with an inch of sand under 2 AI Sols.
I have My Miami, Miami Hurricane, HollyWood Stunner, Brian's Baby(Watermelon), Cornbread's Mummy Eye, and I believe it is called Gold in the Bunker from MCC. Out of those the Brian's baby had to be shaded because it started losing it's color.

Lol he could probably save on shipping if he would have known we were fellow reefers. When you get your tank up youll have to contact me and maybe we can trade a few to save a few bucks. Im setting up a chalice only tank in my fishroom to dedicate to grow outs.

Do you like the frag farmers watermelon more than ultimatefrag's watermelon?

I hve never own ultimate frags watermelon .... Both totally looks different ...fragfarmers is more lightish pink I guess they call it baby pink... My colony only time was more than 80 eyes and fragged it several time ... I still think it has more than 50 eyes...
Ultimatefrag watermelon is more like tyress watermelon.. Dark pink but lot more nicer than tyrees....

And for grow out I might be a part in future ... Lmk when u get something nice....

I've never seen the hypnosis before. It looks like a cross between the rising sun and convict.
