    Default peroxide dosing etc.

    Anyone know the correct amounts ml/gal for peroxide dosing?
    Should I turn off the skimmer?
    Drawbacks??
    75 gal long. drilled with sump.
    all softies and random fishies.
    2 metal halides @300+
