My tank ACTUALLY became a counter top puddle! post 32

Looks sweet man! Just curious, would one of those fixtures be enough coverage for the tank?

I tried it with one fixture and it does not quite get all the way across.

nice job Rick...the LEDs look sweet, did you try and push them together to resemble one fixture?

I thought about that but the power plugs are on the sides and the one on the right is on the left side between the fixtures

ahh dude, those fixtures would have worked perfect on each end and the filters on the back... maybe?

I tried that first but the fixtures are 14" front to back each and the tank is 24" long so it looked like a steeple lol.
