Default Finished my LED build, now ? on light acclimation

LEDs are running and I have them turned down quite a bit. I have the Whites and Blues set up to dim off different pots. Should I bring both colors up at the same time, or should I bring up the blues a bit, then a few days later bring up the whites a bit and alternate the colors every few days after?

I am leaning twords bringing the blues up a bit on Monday (about a week) and then the whites a few days later but I don't find any information either way.

Just starting my tank, so I'm bringing up lights as well. I've been told to start at 30% of each color for 5 to 7 hours a day. I believe it also depends on the number and types of corals you have right now.

Your plan sounds good. Just go slow and if you start to see any of your corals reacting negatively then slow things down. However, don't go too slow so that your corals are not getting enough light... That being said, your plan sounds like a good place to start, whether or not you increase one or both at the same time I dont think will have much of an effect.

I used RapidLED for my leds. I'll see if I can get a build thread up tonight since it is pretty slow at work.
