Did you ever use it on your tank? I have a 125g with 155g of water volume. I see it's rated for 300 gallons, but I somehow doubt it . Basically, would you think this would work on my tank?

I have never used it. I have used the smaller version on a 55 gallon. The tank had about 7 fish and several sps. It should handle a moderately stocked 125g.
