36 gallon wide Terrarium/Aquarium

I have a 36X18 13" tall terrarium/aquarium that I'm looking to trade for a comperable sized refugium. The tank volume is 36 gallons. I'd use it but I need somthing no wider then 16 inches. The tank is standard aquarium glass but has never held water. It has no cracks or leaks. I'd reccomend adding another layer of silicone around that frame and it would make an excellent refugium.
