Default RO/DI unit pressure. Urgent help needed

So Im making RO/DI water and I went out to check on the unit and noticed that the water pressure on the gage is reading 85 psi. It's never gotten over 70 psi so i am worried that it might spring a leak because of all of the pressure. Should I be worried? I am not running a boosting pump either.

Yikes, our pressure stays about 50. Any idea what would cause the change in pressure? Sorry not much help beyond that.

Well it's a new home and we have always had good pressure. I checked it again and it's at 75 now so it hasn't continued to rise. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks.

Turn it down to 60 PSI. I believe your RO membrane may only be rated for that. Higher could destroy the membrane.

    90psi is ideal I believe I wouldn't worry... just check rejection rate if it's still 97% + I wouldn't worry
    looks like max is 150psi
