How to tell ur anemone is healthy???

i am no anemone expert.......i caught my nemo last monday and put him in a open plastic container and i placed the container in the corner of my tank on a sand bed where it no direct light or direct flow....he attached himself to the container right away and he been there since last monday...
he extends fully during the light and tentacles hve bulb looking tips(dnt know if that normal or it needs to be skinny straight tentacles)...tight closed mouth and grabs the food fairly aggressively .....but it wont let loose himself from the plastic container...is that normal???

If he likes that spot, yes. Mine attached to the bucket I acclimated him in. I massaged his foot until he slowly let go. You could try the same if you want to move him. What was your reason for putting him in a container? Moving him? Getting rid of him?

i was leaving for work and spotted him after a month next to my sps colony......so i put him in a container and figured when i get back from work i will try to find a spot for him but not he wont let loose....i guess he like to stick to plastic...

They will move to a spot they like. The best way to tell how healthy they are:1. Is the mouth gaping? 2. Is it bleached?

After seeing yours I dont think you have anything to worry about. Just be careful not to stress it out by moving it around.

Have a question. My RBTA was healthy and within the last few months it has started to bleach out. Also the tentacles don't extend out as much as they use to either. Bleaching out seems like it started right after it split. So is there any way to bring back its color or I am stuck with a neon pink bubble tip with short tentacles? Is it lighting, my bulbs are over two years old and replacements are on the way. Or could it be water chemisty?

if it is bleached, you need to feed it Mysis, krill, etc a few times a week. It can't get it's nutrients from light. Also, be careful with the new lights, as they will be stronger. And, it could be water chemistry or lighting, but if you haven't changed your lighting recently it probably isn't that. Check your salinity.
