I forgot, my buddy down the street is PCSing out, has his house up for rent. It's got 4,200 sf though, but on the bright side you'd be able to get a whole lot more tank in there.

Toni and I bought our dream house in Marble Falls and will be renting out this house. 3000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath on a third of an acre in Windcrest, on the golf course. It will be after the first of the year before we get everything moved but will be renting for about $1200 to $1500 a month. This is a huge house, Terra Cotta tile throughout other than two bedrooms (berber carpet) and bathrooms which are ceramic tile, (we hate carpet) and the neighborhood is very safe. If you play golf, it is a bonus as the course is across the street. It may be the end of January or middle February before we are moved and have it professionally cleaned.
House has a remodeled kitchen, double ovens and microwave. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with Macintosh Oak fixtures, master has huge shower and a claw foot whirlpool tub. Large walk in closet with custom closet organizer, (lots of cubbies for shoes too). Dual laundry rooms, one on each end of house. Separate dining room with library and sitting room with bay windows looking out on the golf course. Exercise room or game room, fourth bedroom can be used as office.
Just a few pics I have, excuse the mess, we are packing and sorting and spending half of the week here and the other half in Marble Falls. :-)

I have more pics as well.
You are more than welcome to come take a look. The lot has two of the largest trees in Windcrest. It is a great house, but for just the two of us, it is way more than we need. It is not for sale but will be rental property for the right people.
Wow look at that shoe rack and clawfoot tub! James, I am moving in with you! Jack, how do you feel about solar tubes?

LOL Karin...no additional holes in the roof, it is just two years old. It will look a lot better in here once we sort out the junk and get our crap out of here. It really is a killer house and we have spared no expense in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is about 30K invested in the master bathroom, which is about the size of the master bedroom, it is very large, the pics do not do it justice the doors are all solid wood Simpson Fir with beveled and etched glass, this is a nice bathroom. The guest bath has a laundry room built into it and I did all of the work myself, the fixtures in it were almost 12K. The master closet by itself is 5x12. We will be picky about who moves in as we have invested a lot into this house and would prefer someone who know and trust to rent it. Maast members will get preferential treatment. :-)
WoW Jack , very Impressive Home and Great Location Windcrest ! Mmm i see Plenty of Wall Space for an 8ft Tank :-) AND LOVE THE LOOK OF THE HOME
However, unless im able to find a Decent Roomate i think this is gonna be out of My Budget :-( thank you deeply for the offer
