WTB 18"-24" power compact light

Like the title says, looking for 18-24" power compact fixture. Nothing terribly expensive, since it's going over my xenia fuge and that stuff grows like mad no matter what.

Let me know what ya got, and what ya want for it. I would consider a small T5 setup, as long as it's affordable.
