    Default Fish Profiles

You know what would be fun? Fish Profiles of lesser known fish by the owners.
I have a couple of fish that I have never heard of before and find them fantastic. I bet somebody else has good things to say about a specific fish as well. For example I always thought hawkfish are so cute. But I didn't want to chance putting a really ornery fish in my tank or have him eat my anemone shrimp. I recently got a Saddled Blenny and it's the perfect Hwkfish substitute for me. So cute! And harmless. And the same sitting on the rocks hopping about motion as a hawkfish

Anybody in the mood for fish profiles?

I like the 6line wrasses for the job they do, but don't like their disposition. I got a pink streaked wrasse about a year ago and love it. Very peaceful fish although it was very shy at first. It is coming out more now that I have more fish in the 120. When I had it in the 30 gallon it was only one of 3 fish in that tank so it swam out in the open a lot more.

I did a profile for the leopard wrasse awhile back. I now have another species but it has the same temperment and have to be careful they get on prepared fast if its a smaller tank. I just love their coloring and I have been very lucky with them, although I have not tried the hardest to keep-Choati. The Chaoti and the achilles are my dream fish...
