does anyone have any links to websites of some sumps i can build from. i have a 55 gallon tnk i want to convert to a sump for a 125 rr.

Best thing to do is a google image search for a reef sump. That's what I do to see as many different designs as possible and get ideas for mine when I build them.

Decide how much room you need for your skimmer, pump section, fuge, and any other equipment you might add later on. Most design put the fuge before the skimmer so you keep a healthy pod population.
