Just as a word of caution though: I still haven't heard from them about my missing item. So that would be a bummer for whoever participates in a group buy and doesn't get his/her stuff and no refund either. Especially if several people order the same thing. Let's say you order 4 sponges but only get 3. How do you decide who's the one whose sponge is missing?
