State Aquarium and Corpus in the Rain

Just came back from Corpus ...without grass shrimp. What a bummer. The water was kind of high and I couldn't find any :(
I picked the rainiest day of the year for my beach trip.
Sunday we went to the State Aquarium and the pet the stingray exhibit was really nice with the cow nosed rays being so friendly.
The inside out seahorse exhibit was fun too. The kids were looking at the seahorses while the seahorses were looking at the kids:

Of course I realize I am the last person on MAAST to see the State Aquarium.

PS: My son got a cap at Tractor Supply and he is not going anywhere without that hat on. Does anybody know at what age Jack's hat-thing started? 5?
