BEWARE OF JIFFY LUBE

Went in for an oil change and an Inspection sticker for a 05 Nissan at Jiffy Lube on Walzem by Windcrest. The guy told me $56 for an oil change ,but the total came out to $74.38. I asked the guy why it is so much higher than the oringinal price,he said " oh the price did not include the labor". He wanted to charge me $40 to change out two wipers (parts only) because one of the wiper has a 3/8 torn by the base. I had inspected all the requirement before i brought the car for inspection and i don't remember the torn being there. I canceled the inspection with them and passed at another place. Am usually take my car to Gillman Honda Express service for a $45 oil change. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again, unless it an EMRGENCY.

why not go to ancira nissan? I take my infiniti there and its never a issue and i pay less than $45 for a oil change...

I do it my self for about $20. I go to a local lube shop here is UC for inspection. I have been going there for a long time so they know me.

Aren't Jiffy Lubes franchised? So they might be either good or bad depending on who actually owns and manages the particular one.
I love my Jiffy Lube for passing my car even now when it barely even makes it there.
