It's all about the $$$ or rather lack of $$$. Teachers spend lots of their own money on the classroom each year. I just changed grade levels and had to spend even a bit more than I originally anticipated.

I know what you mean, I had a long talk last year with my sons kinder teacher. I have tried my best to help out my sons teachers so far but it seems that they are sort of ashamed to ask for it. This year I made it clear to his teacher that if she needed anything just ask, and sure enough she did...
