I like that light tebstan. Would that light handle anything execpt for Sps. I want a strong light most likely led like the Coker but really like that lamp lol

It's sharp looking. But I doubt it can handle more than some hardy soft corals. The bulb is 10k, but only 13w. There are 27w versions though... you're pico is bigger than mine so it might be worth looking at.

I've been looking on RC on some nano builds I really like Those DiY lights I am leaning towards. Now I need someone to put them together for me lol

Do they end up looking nice, though? DIY in a hood or canopy is one thing. But over a rimless pico, it has to look good.
As soon as I see diagrams, my eyes glaze over.
I have retrofits on my big tank, and even that was an ordeal. I'm all for the pre-fab light on the pico now.
If you do a DIY, post pics - and dumb it down for folks like me.

Yea I would love to do one. Maybe I'll find someone to build one for me ha. And I know if I do a DIY I will build a sort of canopy. We should get together and talk nanos ha : D

Ok think I found the light I might get it's the par38 21w bulb on marine depot. Would this be a good light for my picotope?
