Great program, but I don't know if I would want to drive with someone who has been hit by a drunk driver on six separate occasions.

We typically have NCOICs and OICs that always hand out their numbers to Soldiers to call for a ride should they get out of hand. Doesn't always work, but the incentive to do the right thing is always at the forefront of our safety briefs.
Good to see stuff like this in the civilian sector. You're right though. Some folks have good luck, some bad. The fact that she's been struck six times means, to me, that either she's unlucky as heck, or she spends her free time driving around the parking lot of a popular bar.
